Swoop, there it is. My all-time favorite lid look: The Cat Eye. And just how did I perfect these lovely-lined peepers, you say? One word: Anastasia. With her She Wears It Well shadow palette and this lil' video. A swooshed brushing of pink Frosting and a dot-dot-dash-ing of Onyx later and I was feelin' f(el)ine.
